8. Governing Law & Jurisdisction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
